This is an example of nesting a button into itself at three levels. You can have 3C2 (Combinations of 3 level containers on two styles - "matte and gloss" in the above example). This is just the one. If you wish to add a fourth level container, you can easily duplicate a container class and adjust the corner radius to flow parallel with the locus of inner containers.
Tip: Alternate color schemes can be used for active and inactive slider buttons. While using slider buttons, you might need to adjust right margin on button class to lessen the gap between bullets.
